Our relationship with Carol Rosenthal goes back years. In the spring of 2024 she commissioned us to create a new website for her real estate company, Coastal Luxury Properties. Carol used a do-it-yourself website builder for her first site and like many who go that route, she was less than satisfied with the end result. We had done work for her on another venture and she knew we could add a level of polish and professionalism she felt the website was lacking.
Working closely with Carol, we launched her redesigned website a month later. She and her clients are very happy with the result. Search engine optimization is something we have discussed for the future and with this in mind, we laid a good solid SEO foundation we can build on in the future.
One of Carol’s primary goals was self-sufficiency. She wanted the ability to quicky generate or revise property listings without having to go through a developer. We built her new website on the WordPress CMS using the Elementor page builder. Elementor is a fantastic plugin that makes content editing a breeze. After a brief 30 minute training session, Carol was adding properties to the website like she had been doing it for years!
